MARFA ROLLER DERBY SPONSORS MARFA'S ONLY PUMPKIN PATCH. Friday, October 29 4 till 9pm at Q Cafe & Wine Bar 109 W San Antonio Photos in the Pumpkin Patch are free, but Marfa Roller Derby is accepting donations of any size. The gourds will also be for sale and there will be some uber special pumpkins for sale by silent auction. There will be Halloween treats for sale, lots of fun for the kiddos, music and more. Stop by in costume on your way to or from the costume party at the MAC Building.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 29th- PRE-HALLOWEEN PARTY! Pumpkin carving, decorating, drink specials and more! Come on out- bring the kids and carve a pumpkin here at Padre's! 7PM start until late!

Halloween Costume Contest & Party
The Friends of the Marfa Public Library hosts their annual childrens' Halloween Costume Contest and Party on Friday, Oct 29 at the MAC Building. Registration begins at 3:30pm and the judging starts at 4pm. Contestants will be judged in age categories from infant and up. Prizes will be given in each age category for scariest, most original and cutest. This year, a new category has been added - costume based on a book character. Donations of cookies or treats are encouraged!
