Sara Hickman was named the Official State Musician of Texas in May 2010. She plans on using this title to help families create together and bring art programs into public schools.
On Saturday, Nov 27, Sara will bring her program to the International Womans Foundation, Building 98 on Bonnie Street in Marfa. Things will get started with a kids show at 3pm. Tickets for the children's show are $5. The evening program opens with singer songwriter Delia deVer at 8:00pm. Advance tickets available at haciendadelarcon.org. Proceeds go toward building a public labyrinth at the Building 98.
