| Description: | Help Make Giant Pinata at MSA Saturday April 24 A giant pinata is being made at the Marfa Studio of Arts on Saturday, April 24, 1:00 - 3:00. The pinata breaking will become part of the Marfa Film Festival festivities held at the Crowley Theater, May 5 through 12. We encourage all students and community members to join artists Romi, Nate Singletary, and Alexsandra Annello to help. Eighth grade MSA student intern, Aitana Reyes, will be on hand to work with younger participants. Marfa Studio of Arts is located at 106 East San Antonio (Hwy. 90) across from T & C. This project is funded in part by the Texas Commission on the Arts and the City of Marfa, Department of Parks and Recreation in cooperation with the Marfa Film Festival.
