Saturday April 17th- Open Day on the Davis Mountain Preserve- 8:30am to 4:30pm the Preserve will be open for hiking, birding, horseback riding, photography, back packing, picnics, and other outdoor activities. This is a free event open to the public. Project Director Chris Pipes and preserve volunteers will lead a guided hike from Bridge Gap to the top of Mt. Livermore. Transportation from the McIvor Conservation Center will be provided. Interested parties should RSVP Chris Pipes cpipes@tnc.org should plan to be at the Center by 9 a.m., and should plan to be gone until about 4 p.m. Space is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
